The Apple iPhone 17 Air is Apple’s newest super slim, lightweight phone. Think of it as a Pro design model with an ultra thin form factor. With a starting price of KES 125,000 in Kenya, it promises to deliver an excellent screen, top-notch performance and a solid battery in a package so thin and praiseworthy.

• Video: It can record video up to 4K at 60 fps in Dolby Vision. Features include Dual Capture (front + rear video simultaneous), and Ultra‑stabilized video.

Final Thoughts

The Apple iPhone 17 air at 5.6mm thick is Apple’s thinnest iPhone and with a 6.5-inch display, it’s bigger than the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro but smaller than the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The iPhone Air has all the same buttons and features as the iPhone 17 models including the Action button and Camera Control. While it comes with the same A19 Pro chip as the iPhone 17 pro, it has one fewer GPU core but a ram larger than the standard iPhone 17 which is equipped with an 8GB Ram compared to it’s 12GB Ram

The iPhone Air is limited to 20W wireless charging speeds. With a 20W high power adapter, it’s able to reach a 50% charge in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the iPhone Air is  too thin to support a physical SIM tray and is eSIM only worldwide.
